How do I rearrange the order of the actions within a Grouped Task (Macro), House Mode, If/Then Situation (Rule), or Room Scene?

Select the action that you want to move and press on the right mouse button. An options menu will pop up. Left-click on "Move Action Up" or "Move Action Down".
