When I go to the "Halultra - Internet information page" and do an update, I get a partial message
"The connection has been dropped because of a failure or because the peer system failed respond. Also " Hal used to email me who is calling. nothing has changed on my end. when I used v.5, now I used v.6 |

I tried what you said and made some changes but, still no luck. I am using my att uverse e-mail witch I think is pop3

I changed the SMTP Outgoing server to 465 from 587
Now I get a message "An error occurred in the protocol" |

Would it be possible for you to send your HALERROR.LOG file to support@automatedliving.com. That file is located in the LOGS folder below the HAL directory. That may give us a lead on what the issue is. Thanks.
