HALUltra stopped working today
I've had HALUltra installed and working for the past month with some remaining issues, but it would run. Today I re-booted my PC for a simple refresh and HALUltra (v6) stopped working. I got a warning: Your demo period has expired. I had verified with Tim previously that my license was current and activated. I tried several attempts to get it to run with no luck. I did try a reinstall which I did not think would help and it didn't. I then de-activated the license through the License Manager in hopes that re-activating it would correct the problem. One again no luck, in fact it will not let me re-activate stating that it is unable to determine the product type for the License key. Please contact HAL Support. Any ideas or suggestions?
