New Help Desk System with Ticketing & Tracking
Just a quick post to let message board users know of a new support tool now available to our customer on our new website. In the interest of trying to expand the level of support and service offered by HAL, there is a new Help Desk system available on this website located at http://www.automatedliving.com/helpdesk/index.php

Is the help provided included with our software maintenance contract or is there a separate fee for using the help desk system?
