How do I add a mailbox to HAL's answering machine?

Left-click on the phone icon or right-click on it and select PHONE PAD.
Click on MAILBOXES.
Click ADD. The Mailbox Edit screen appears. Fill in the information in the screen. Click DONE to save the mailbox and close the Mailbox Edit screen.
