If I can only get HALvoices on CD, then will I have to order a new CD for each update?

Solution

Once installed, most updates and enhancements for HALvoices will be included in the normal HAL update. However, if for some reason there is a core change to the text-to-speech engine -- which is too large to download -- an update CD will be made available.
