HALecs Software Maintenance and Management Subscription Reinstatement

The one year Software Maintenance and Management Subscription (SMMS) entitles you to one year of managed services, software upgrades and new feature updates. After one year, you are no longer entitled to the management services or updates, but you may continue to use the HAL license after your SMMS has expired.

If your SMMS has not expired, you do not need to reinstate your SMMS. You can click here to renew your HALecs SMMS before the one year expiration.

If your SMMS has expired and the expiration has been within the last year, you can reinstate your SMMS by adding one of the HALecs SMMS Reinstatement item to your cart. For each subsequent year of lapsed coverage add an additional HALecs SMMS Reinstatement item to your cart. You must have a HALecs product in order to purchase the SMMS. If you upgrade from an older product prior to version 6 to the current product, that upgrade includes a one year SMMS from the date of the upgrade. Software Maintenance & Management Subscription FAQs.
