Why can't I hear HAL speaking or hear music playing through the browser on a remote device?

HomeNet allows you to hear voice messages from a browser on a remote device (as long as the device can play WAV or WMA files).  However, music played from the Digital Music Center and HAL's speech are always heard through the HAL computer to allow users in the home to hear HAL over the house speakers (if available).  HAL HomeNet provides remote control of these features.
