• This is a Terms of Service agreement between Home Automated Living (‘we’, ‘our’) and the user (‘you’) regarding the HomeNet Google Action (the ‘Action’) on a Google Assistant device, like Google Home. Please also read the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

• By linking the Action, you fully agree to these Terms of Service.

• Our Action or parts of it may discontinue or change at any time and might contain errors. You use our Action on your own responsibility.

• We strive to make sure the information we provide is correct, but you should not rely on any of the information or control. We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of using the Action, including as a result of us providing inaccurate, untimely, incomplete, erroneous information or sending inaccurate command to the HAL system.

• These Terms of Service are separate and apart from your HAL system End User License Agreement (the ‘EULA’).

• Our Action or parts of it may change or be updated at any time. Further, our Terms of Service might change. You can find a link to this agreement on the description page of the Action in the Services section of the Google Home App. Your continued use of our Action after changes of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy or the Action itself will be seen as your acceptance of both. Again, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Action at any time without prior notice.
