• This is a Terms of Service agreement between Home Automated Living (‘we’, ‘our’) and the user (‘you’) regarding the use of the HAL Natural Language Processor (the ‘HALnlp’).

• By use the HALnlp, you fully agree to these Terms of Service.

• Our HALnlp or parts of it may discontinue or change at any time and might contain errors. You use our HALnlp on your own responsibility.

• We strive to make sure the information we provide is correct, but you should not rely on any of the information or control. We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of using the Action, including as a result of us providing inaccurate, untimely, incomplete, erroneous information or sending inaccurate command to the HAL system.

• In order to use HALnlp, you must have a current Software Maintenance & Support (SMS) subscription. HALnlp will only function if your SMS is active.

• These Terms of Service are separate and apart from your HAL system End User License Agreement (the ‘EULA’).

• Our HALnlp or parts of it may change or be updated at any time. Further, our Terms of Service might change. You can find a link to this agreement on the NLP configuration page in the HAL System Settings application. Your continued use of our HALnlp after changes of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy or the HALnlp itself will be seen as your acceptance of both. Again, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Action at any time without prior notice.
