How do I import names, addresses, and phone numbers from another program into HAL's Directory?

Information from another address book-type program can be imported into HAL's Directory so long as the information can be exported from that program to a CSV formatted file (data fields are separated by commas) containing ASCII text. The file can then be imported by going to the Automation Directory screen and clicking the IMPORT button.

The data fields in the CSV file must have titles that match the ones listed below. The data can be in any order, but the titles must match and the first line of the CSV file must list the data fields in the order in which the data is written in the file being imported.

Imported data field titles:

FIRSTNAME, LASTNAME, COMPANY, STREET, CITY, STATE, ZIP, PHONE, WORKPHONE, CELLPHONE, FAXPHONE, PAGER, PIN
