I already registered HAL. Why is it asking for a registration number again?

HAL uses information obtained from you and your computer to construct the registration number that allows HAL to operate. Occasionally, you may do a new install of the product or change a characteristic of your computer that will cause the registration number to no longer be valid. When this happens, you can re-register the software from this website (see the Registration page) or you can call the HAL Authorization Desk at 888-255-7700 or 301-498-7000 for assistance (see the Contacts page for office hours).
